1. Responsible for policy overall deployment.
2. Manage organization and staffing plan.
3. Responsible for performance review and evaluation system.
4. Collect and manage HR reporting both locally and globally on time and accurately.
5. Proactively identify recruitment strategy and timely hiring needs to ensure a swift response to support business operation.
6. To be the owner of entire recruiting process, including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, selection, staff on-boarding preparation, recruitment channel management, new employee follow-up, etc.
7. Verify recruitment related program, policies, processes and procedures to maintain and continuously improve company image and reputation.
8. Communicate with new-hired employees, exit employees and target groups to understand their needs, analyze employee turn-over rate and provide support if necessary.
9. Manage people development and promotion.
10. Be involved in labor-management relations and labor contract management.
11. Support employee to apply Shanghai Hukou/ Residence and etc.
12. Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals.
13. Other work assigned by line manager.



1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Above 5 years of HR experience in multinational companies.
3. Familiar with local labor law, regulations, policies and procedures in different cities around China.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good at Excel and PPT.
5. Good English verbal and written communication skills.
6. Quick learner, proactive, hard-working, honest, reliable and detail oriented.
7. Team work spirit, good communication and coordination skills, can multi-task and work under pressure.
